What is Floor Plan AI?

Floor Plan AI generates both 2D floor plans (top-down PNG renders in 7 drawing styles) and real 3D models (downloadable GLB files you can rotate, zoom, and embed in Blender, Unity, Unreal, three.js or your own site). Google sign-in is required; your first 1K floor plan is free, after that you pay per credit. 1K to 4K resolution for 2D plans, plus full 3D mesh generation.

How accurate is the AI floor plan generator?

Generated plans are schematic, not stamped construction documents. Room counts and rough proportions follow your prompt; exact dimensions can vary. Use the floor plan AI for concept work, listings and ideation — bring the result to a licensed architect for permitting.

Can I edit the generated floor plan?

Not yet. A canvas editor for walls, doors and labels is on our roadmap. For now, refine your prompt — tweak room counts, style or interior preset — and re-generate. Each new run costs 1 credit (1K), 3 credits (2K) or 6 credits (4K) and takes 20 to 60 seconds.

What file formats can I download?

PNG for 2D floor plans — works for MLS listings, social posts, mood boards, and sharing with family or your contractor. GLB (binary glTF) for 3D models — the standard 3D format, opens in Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, three.js, Apple Vision Pro, and most modern 3D tools. We may add additional formats based on user demand.

Do you train AI models on my floor plans?

No. Your prompts, reference images and generated AI floor plans stay private to your session. We do not use your inputs to train any model and we don't share them with third parties.

Is there an API for bulk floor plan generation?

Bulk generation API is on the Team plan roadmap. If you need automated floor plan generation for a real estate portal or a design agency pipeline, reach out and we'll send you early-access details.
